With its tropical atmosphere and unique outdoor setting, Earthscapes Garden Room in Palm Harbor provides a one-of-a-kind event venue for all types of occasions. The space can accommodate up to 250 people and groups can enjoy exclusive, after-hour access to outdoor lounge areas and accessories.

Catering & Rentals
We’d like to help make your event a success, so prior to your event we’d like to meet with your caterer to ensure a smooth event. The caterer must have proof of off-site insurance. If you plan on serving alcohol at your event, you will need to provide proof of insurance and liability.
Music & Extras
At no additional cost, you’ll have full access to our stereo equipment which plays satellite radio, MP3 players and iPods throughout the entire Garden Room. Please note that music must be appropriate for all ages. You may also organize an outdoor live band. To help make your event a success, prior to your event we’d like to meet with the band to ensure a smooth event.
We provide parking on the north and south sides of the Garden Room, however, parking is limited and can hold up to 20 cars. If additional parking is needed, we’ll need to arrange for additional room to accommodate your guests. Additional fees may apply depending on the total quantity.
Your guests will have access to one bathroom in the gift shop as well as two basic porti-toilets in the Garden Room. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.
Pricing includes the Garden Room venue, with all lights and waterfalls turned on, as well as access to facilities (supervised by staff). You may arrange additional features directly with a rental company, such as seating and tables. Please notify us prior to your event of the date and time that your items will be delivered. The hours for rental are in 4 hour increments following store hours. If additional hours are requested, additional charges will apply. Please call or contact us for current hourly or nightly rates. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon reserving the Garden Room. The balance is due the day before your event.
